Cancel contract

You have the right to revoke this contract within one month without specifying any reasons. The revocation period is one month with effect from the day,

 - on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the products, provided you had ordered one or more products within the scope of a standard order and this/these product/products is/are delivered uniformly; 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (KaufLaune GmbH, Rupertistr. 16, 83451 Piding, phone number: +4915904586385, email address: shop@manoosh.de) by means of a clear statement regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. To do so, you can electronically fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form mentioned at the top of this page. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g., via email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. 

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts

- for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for whose production an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;

- for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
