Revocation rights for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

You have the right to revoke this contract within one month without specifying any reasons. The revocation period is one month with effect from the day,

 - on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the products, provided you had ordered one or more products within the scope of a standard order and this/these product/products is/are delivered uniformly; 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (KaufLaune GmbH, Rupertistr. 16, 83451 Piding, Phone number: +4915904586385, Email address:info@manoosh.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

You can also electronically fill up and send the specimen revocation form or another clear declaration on our website (www.manoosh.de). If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation (e.g. via email) about the receipt of such a cancellation.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us, KaufLaune GmbH, c/o Logistikzentrum Leipzig, Zschortauer Straße 59a, 04129 Leipzig, Germany, without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts

- for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for whose production an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly;

- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market that the entrepreneur cannot influence;

- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated publications, except for subscription contracts.

- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;

- for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
