Payment providers

Pay for your order in advance, or use a supported service from Paypal such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, Pay later, or SEPA direct debit.

Payment deadlines

If you have chosen advance payment as your payment method, we ask you to pay the order immediately and in full. Please note that shipping can only take place after full payment has been received. An order with the payment method advance payment will be reserved for you for a maximum of 5 days. If no payment is received during this time, the order will be automatically canceled.

Shipping providers

We deliver within the EU. Orders that are to be delivered to a country outside the EU are currently rejected. Our shipping providers are DHL and UPS. A unique tracking ID is provided for each order. To check the possibility and inquire about any additional costs, please contact our customer service.

Shipping costs

Within Germany, we deliver free of charge as standard. If you require express delivery, shipping costs of 15 EUR will be charged.

For deliveries to EU countries, a standard shipping fee of 7.50 EUR is charged. If you require express delivery, a shipping fee of 20 EUR will be charged.

All shipping costs include VAT.

Delivery Times

Your order will be delivered within Germany in 1-3 business days. For deliveries to EU countries, delivery will take place within 3-7 business days after order confirmation or, in the case of prepayment, after receipt of payment.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Please note that there is no shipping or delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

All orders received on weekdays (Mon-Fri) by 1:00 PM and fully paid will normally be shipped on the same day.
