9. Return with our return label:

   Alternatively, you can request a return label from us. In this case, a return fee of €4.99 will be deducted from the amount credited to you.

   Please note, this option is only valid for returns within Germany.

After receiving and processing your return in our returns warehouse, the amount for the returned and undamaged items will be credited. This may take up to 5 days.
